I’m an incoming student at the University of Waterloo (!!) studying Mathematical Physics. I’m interested in mathematics & physics (obviously!), software engineering, and AI research. Outside of that, I enjoy tinkering with electronics and robotics, competitive programming (on Codeforces!), playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Curious across equations, code, circuit, and machines that move!

I like hard problems where math and physics meet physical systems. That has taken me from contest mathematics and competitive programming to autonomous robotics, software engineering, and biomedical device research.

I’m especially drawn to work that requires patient thinking, clean execution, and a willingness to test ideas in real world systems.

Incoming Research Assistant · Vector Institute for Artificial Intelligence

I will be joining the Vector Institute for Artificial Intelligence as a research assistant, working on mathematically grounded machine learning, research engineering, and careful experimentation.

Embodied AI · Robotics infrastructure

Founder & Technical Lead · Cyron

I’m building an embodied AI infrastructure platform for training robotic capabilities in simulation, publishing them, and reusing them across compatible robot embodiments. I’m currently developing the technical architecture around digital twins, reinforcement learning, URDF compatibility, policy versioning, reusable robotic behaviours, and a simulation-first open robotics ecosystem.

Software Engineering Intern · Orangutany

I built and shipped major parts of Orangutany’s AI-powered mushroom identification product and its 143-species educational guide. I worked across the frontend, backend APIs, data pipelines, image workflows, identification results, and detailed species content covering visual features, habitat, seasonality, edibility, and dangerous look-alikes.

Technical Mentor · Hack the 6ix

I mentored hackers at Toronto’s largest student-run hackathon at the University of Toronto (St. George). I helped participants design their systems, choose practical approaches, debug problems, and turn ideas into working demos.

Brain computer interfaces

Research Intern · STEMinate

I collaborated with professors from the University of Michigan and industry professionals from Neuralink to further research on brain computer interfaces. I studied neural signal acquisition, electrophysiology, electrode interfaces, signal processing, decoding pipelines, and biomedical device constraints while contributing to a formal research paper.

I taught mathematics, robot design, and programming with LEGO NXT software. I guided younger students through problem solving, iterative building, debugging, and hands-on robotics activities.

Hardware · Aerospace

5,000-foot Instrumented Rocket

Designed and built a rocket that reached approximately 5,000 feet. I integrated custom avionics, barometric pressure sensors for altitude measurement, apogee detection, and maximum-height recording, along with embedded electronics, calibrated flight-data logging, custom and 3D-printed components, an onboard FPV camera, and a post-flight analysis workflow.

Software · Hackathon winner

Centsible

Built a budgeting application for teenagers and won Most Useful Project at the BHSS Hackathon. It was also recognized for having the best UI, with accessible expense tracking, practical budgeting workflows, and clear financial feedback.

I compete primarily in C++, working across algorithms, data structures, graph theory, dynamic programming, combinatorics, geometry, and fast implementation.

Competitive swimming

Mallards Swim Team · 8 years

I swam competitively with Mallards for eight years, achieved the second-fastest provincial result in the 100-metre individual medley, and was recognized as Most Improved Swimmer.
